Welcome to Pawotence! "We" and "ours" refer to Pawotence. Pawotence operates this store and website, including all related information, content, functions, tools, products and services, with the aim of providing you (i.e. the customer) with a meticulously planned shopping experience (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). Pawotence is supported by Shopify, enabling us to provide the aforementioned services.

Your act of placing an order represents your offer to make a purchase. Pawotence reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its discretion. Before Pawotence confirms the acceptance of the order, it does not mean that your order has been accepted. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please carefully check before submitting the order. Once the order is accepted, Pawotence may not be able to assist you in canceling it. If we do not accept, make changes, or cancel the order, we will attempt to notify you through the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchase transaction is only for return and exchange in accordance with our refund policy [link].
You represent and warrant that you purchase the products for personal or household use and have no commercial resale or export purposes.

The price information is also listed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, the published prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs or import charges.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery and distribution. All delivery times are estimates only and we do not guarantee them. We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss immediately pass to you.

Our services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, as well as related designs, selections and arrangements, are owned by Pawotence, its subsidiaries or the licensor, and are protected by the laws of the United States and foreign patents, copyrights and other intellectual property rights.
This clause permits you to use the services only for non-commercial personal purposes. Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly operate, re-release, download, store or transmit any materials related to the services. Pawotence's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Pawotence or its subsidiaries or the licensor. Without the prior written permission of Pawotence, you may not use such trademarks. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans in the services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

As part of the service, you may be granted access to customer tools provided by third parties. We do not regulate, control or intervene in these tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we will provide access to such tools "as is" when they are "available", without any form of guarantee, statement or condition, nor any endorsement. We do not assume any responsibility for any consequences or related matters arising from your use of the optional third-party tools.

Pawotence is supported by Shopify, allowing us to provide services to you. However, any sales and purchase transactions you conduct in our store are all directly completed through Pawotence. By using the service, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, matters, or liabilities arising from your sales and purchase activities with Pawotence, including any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the purchased products and services. You hereby expressly waive all claims, damages, and liability of Shopify and its affiliated companies arising from or related to your purchase behavior and transactions with Pawotence.

You agree to protect, maintain, and indemnify Pawotence, Shopify, and our affiliated companies, partners, managers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, debts, or claims that may arise from or be related to payments to any third party due to the following circumstances: (1) Your violation of the terms of this service or the provisions of the documents referred to herein, (2) Your violation of any law or infringement of the rights of a third party, or (3) Your access and use of the service.
We will notify you of any compensable claims, and failure to notify promptly will not relieve your liability for compensation. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim events, with the costs borne by you, including the selection of lawyers, but without your consent (and not by reason of any unjustified refusal), we will not settle any claim events that require you to undertake non-monetary obligations. You will need to cooperate in defending against the compensable claim events, including providing relevant documents.
